No single organization can create racial equity on its own. It will take communities, workplaces and governments coming together to drive real and lasting change. That’s why we formed the 3M Community Coalition.

"Working with our Community Coalition partners enables us to ensure we deliver equitable change through our philanthropy and employee engagement."

The 3M Community Coalition is a group of diverse leaders from the Twin Cities, including representatives from local government, nonprofits and the education sector. This group brings forward community voices and perspectives to advise on plans for directing our $50 million investment to address pressing challenges and make the biggest impact.
