Marietsa McCreary, currently a quality assurance specialist at 3M, and a certified Project Management Professional considers herself an engineer first and foremost, but in her 15 years at 3M she has experienced even more than she imagined. Her career has taken her to over seven different job sites and six roles across engineering, product commercialization, operations and quality. As Marietsa puts it, “It’s like having many companies under one roof.”

From developmental courses and on-the-job training opportunities, to mentors who helped her discover where she wanted to go next, Marietsa credits much of her career to the number of resources 3M provides for its 96,000 employees around the globe.
